Peach Cobbler Bake

Summer has me loving all the ‘in season’ fruits and there is no shortage of it in this household right now. Everyone’s got their thing. My oldest son loves apples (actually the only fruit he’ll eat), my youngest, eats the rainbow, and my man and I are devoted to bananas, berries with a side of cherries, peaches and greens apples. Although I don’t eat them regularly, I LOVE anything peach! Peach cobbler, pie, cakes, pastries, gummy candy (these things get me every time and not in a good way;). Thankfully, I have a healthified version for us peach lovers this week that is the perfect compliment to your vanilla Creami or Greek yogurt. The ingredients are beautiful, clean and nourishing and you won’t need a nap after having this treat for breakfast or dessert. With over 23 grams of protein and over 7 grams of fiber, there’s nothing not to love here. Hope you love it as much as us! Ingredients:
- 80 grams Kodiak Cakes pancake mix
- 150 grams egg whites
- 80 grams nonfat Greek yogurt (I use Fage)
- 60 grams whey plain or vanilla protein powder (if using plain, I recommend using the powdered stevia for extra sweetness)
- 5 grams psyllium husk powder

- 30 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 4 grams sea salt
- 3 grams powdered stevia (optional)

- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 50 grams fresh or frozen peaches (blended in)
Topping:
