RETURN POLICY

COCOA BAR IN A JAR, takes great pride in the quality of our product.  Upon receipt, please inspect your package and if you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us at [email protected].

DAMAGED PACKAGE

If you have received a package that has been damaged due to shipping, please email us at [email protected].  Prior to a replacement order being shipped for damages incurred during transit, we respectfully request a picture of the package and its contents received to be sent to us via email.  Once received, a replacement will be shipped ASAP.

REFUND/REPLACEMENT

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied with your order, please email us to discuss obtaining either a replacement or a refund for the product value, not including shipping.  If a refund is issued, a credit will be issued back to the original form of payment initially received.
