No Bake Protein Peanut Butter Cookies
These are SO good and so easy to throw together! Such a great, easy to grab treat, and with only 4 Ingredients and no baking required, what’s not to love?!
Ingredients:
- 165 grams Protein PB
- 65 grams powdered peanut butter
- 40 grams honey (or sugarfree sweetener alternative if you prefer)
- 40 grams Peanut Butter Cup chocolate spread for dipping
To make:
Combine: Protein PB with the powdered peanut butter and honey. Add a splash or two of unsweetened almond milk to create a pasty consistency (be careful to not use too much. The dough should be thick like sugar cookie dough). Roll into 20 balls and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Press down and indent with a fork for classic PB cookie feels. Melt your PB Cup OR Chocolate Brownie Batter spread (add 1-2 tsp coconut oil for extra drizzle factor-adds minimal amount of fat to each cookie), and dip each cookie in your chocolate. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes to harden. Store extras in the fridge and enjoy!
