APPLE PIE STREUSEL LOAF

Mmmmmm.  That pretty much says it all!  Did you catch this recipe in my reels!  Word on the street is, it’s a hit!  We loved it in my home devouring it in less than two days.  That’s how we do, ha!  Macro friendly Apple Pie Streusel Loaf.  Loaded with chunks of fresh apple, dairy free and made with Iced Oatmeal Cookie instead of butter and oil making it a low fat, but deliciously nutritious option.
Recipe:
•90 grams melted Iced Oatmeal Cookie
•80 grams coconut sugar (or regular)
•80 grams brown sugar alternative
•100 grams egg whites
•1 tsp vanilla
•225 grams all purpose flour (or gluten free all purpose)
•2 tsp baking powder
•1/2 tsp sea salt
•3/4 cup (180 ml) unsweetened almond milk
•250 grams chopped green apples
*Mix 2 TB of cinnamon with 2 TB water and swirl into loaf after all the ingredients are combined.
•Mix all ingredients, top with cinnamon mixture and then bake in a parchment lined bread pan at 350 for 50-55 minutes.
