Starbucks Protein Frappe Dupe!

My current obsession to beat this Southern California heat, and I’m not hating it.  Not one bit.  Even if I opt for decaf, because caffeine is a no-go for me.  I simply LOVE the taste!  There is nothing better than a giant, sweet, frothy blended coffee…minus the high sugar and empty calories.  I’m not alone here, right?  OH!  And, did I mention the macros are on point?!  Ok, let’s do this…Starbucks Protein Frappe Dupe!

To make:

Blend 3/4-1 cup unsweetened, non-dairy milk with one scoop of your favorite protein powder (I used unsweetened Soy), 1/4 tsp of xantham gum, stevia/sweetener to taste, a pinch of sea salt and 1 cup of ice cubes until smooth.  Smear a thicc layer of Cocoa Bar In A Jar (Salted Caramel Crunch pictured here) inside your glass.  Pour your blended frappe into your glass and enjoy!  (BTW, those chilled chocolate bits that scrape off the side of the glass as you suck this puppy down, are GOLDEN!  Unless you wait till the end, and enjoy that chilled goodness as a separate finale of sorts.  YUM!  Macros using unsweetened soy protein and 14 grams of Cocoa Bar In A Jar are: 14c/9.5f/23p.  Enjoy!
