PROTEIN PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

This is for those times when you don’t want to share and/or you don’t want to make a large batch treat.  3 Ingredient Protein Peanut Butter Cups!  So easy.  This Reese’s dupe is of course, wholefood based made with Cocoa Bar In A Jar Protein PB, PB2 and Cocoa Bar In A Jar Salted Caramel Crunch (but any CBJ chocolate spread works here!)
To make:  Simply spread 10 grams of Salted Caramel Crunch chocolate spread in two muffin liners and top with a mixture of 14 grams of Protein PB and 4 grams of PB2.  Mixture will be dry, just keep folding or combining with your hands till a thick dough forms.  Roll into 2 balls, press into disks and place each one top of the chocolate.  Top each muffin liner with an additional 5 grams of Cocoa Bar In A Jar chocolate spread.  Chill in the freezer for 10-15 minutes till the chocolate hardens and then enjoy!!!
