Make banana ice cream (please refer to preparation video in blog). Drizzle CBJ on top. It will harden quickly on the cold ice cream and creates a ‘candy shell’. Top with your favorite toppings! Healthy and oh, so delicious.

Is that in the picture cocoa bar in a jar? Do you heat it up first?
Hi Lindsy! Yes! To melt or soften your CBJ, put a serving into a seperate bowl and heat for 10 seconds (no more than that or else it will overheat) and stir well! If you want an even thinner consistency, you can add a 1/2 tsp of coconut oil, but not necessary! It will harden once again once drizzled on ice cream for a candy shell! Hope this helps and enjoy!
