Tis the season for all things no bake, and this recipe has been on my to do list, and I’m so happy I finally made it happen! The macros are excellent and in keeping with the theme of all things whole food based this #nationalwellnessmonth this recipe checks all the boxes!
Combine 4 ounces of Cocoa Bar In A Jar Protein Peanut Butter, 14 grams of coconut flour, 14 grams of oat flour, 25 grams of coconut sugar, 15 grams of PB2 or protein powder of choice and a pinch of salt. Once a dough forms, roll into 24 balls and then press and form into Nutterbutter cookie shapes. Chill in the freezer for about 20 minutes and enjoy! Store extras in the freezer. Enjoy alone, stuff with Cocoa Bar In A Jar chocolate spreads, top your Fro-yo, yogurt, or ice cream…the peanut butter lover possibilities are endless!
