To kick things off, let’s make one of my favorite Thin Mint cookie recipes by @athleticavocado . A perfect holiday cookie for all the chocolate mint lover’s in your world!


•1/2 cup Thin Mint spread
•2 tbsp liquid sweetener of choice (I used maple syrup, but you can use sugar free for a lower sugar option.)
•2 tbsp coconut flour
•1/2 cup chocolate chips
•1-2 Tbsp almond milk (if necessary)

Instructions: preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add COCOA BAR IN A JAR Thin Mint and sweetener in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Add in coconut flour and form into a dough (it’s easiest to use your hands). Add almond milk if dough is too crumbly. Knead in chocolate chips, again, using your hands. Divide batter into ~8-10 balls, press each onto baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until done. Let cool before enjoying!
